Every winter when you walk down the street, you see a lot of people wearing suits. This time the question arises: Why do you feel that something is wrong with what you see, or sometimes when you want to wear a suit?
You are obviously tall enough, but still not full enough?
Being a very strict suit, it requires a certain amount of tummy, shoulder and chest muscles. If your stomach is a bit big, even if you have shoulders and chest muscles, it will look very strange. Not to mention that the shoulders and chest muscles are weak, which will look even weirder: an A-shaped body as opposed to a V-shaped body will make the suit look even more ridiculous on the body.
That’s why it’s necessary to do some intensive training on our upper body: reduce the belly, add some pectoral and shoulder back muscles.
Let’s first look at reducing the belly. Many people will of course say, I just need to take a deep breath to make my tummy disappear in front of the camera. This is certainly possible, if in important occasions as long as you deliberately keep sucking the belly can be muddled through. Another way to look at it is that as long as you learn the skill of sucking in your belly (and the skill of backpack front), belly fat is a pseudo problem.
If you don’t have muscles on your body and want to wear a neat suit, you have to think of other ideas, such as padding your shoulders, wearing two more pieces to hold it up, or sucking in your belly as we mentioned earlier. But for those who maintain a fitness habit, these are not a problem. To what season, wear what clothes, all look better, less clothes with the pain.
